Miso Soup

About 2 tablespoons of miso (I prefer soy-free chickpea miso)
About 4 c warm water

Choose from:
zucchini, diced
carrots, diced
celery, diced
kelp noodles
wakame, soaked
sea spaghetti, soaked
strips of nori
champignons or shiitake
spring onions
strips of chinese cabbage
broccoli florets
cilantro, cut finely
fresh ginger, grated

1. Combine miso and warm water, mix well.
2. Add your chosen ingredients and enjoy a lovely, warming miso soup!
