Kale Chips

Ingredients:
10c kale, washed and ripped in pieces
1c sesame, soaked overnight and rinsed
1c cashewnuts
2 ½ tablespoons tamari
2 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoons fresh ginger, chopped small
½ clove of garlic (optional)
1 ¼ c water

Method:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients (except kale) and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the cream to the kale and massage.
3. Dehydrate at 46°C (115°F) about 3-4 h until dry and crisp.
