Carrot Orange Cream Soup

(Serves 2)

For the orange cream soup:
2c carrots, coarsely diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 c orange juice
2 dates
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon curry
3 cm fresh ginger, finely grated
1/4 c water

Method:
1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. Divide into two bowls.

For the hemp cream:
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
2 tablespoons almond butter
1/4 c water
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method:
1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. Spoon onto the soup, with a small spoon draw a star.
3. Decorate with black sesame seeds and cress sprouts.
