I met Gisela during my yoga wellness vacation on the Casa El Morisco in Andalusia. From the first moment of our meeting, I was impressed by her open and natural charisma and enthusiasm for the raw food diet.

Because of her personal history and her years of experience with raw food, Gisela has a wealth of knowledge, which all of us could benefit from.  We received many suggestions and tips about raw food preparation, storing food, diet and health issues, herbalism and sprouting.

I have already visited many raw food preparation courses, but none has helped me so much for my daily practice, as the workshop with Gisela.  Many different topics were discussed, explained and then worked hands-on at the own workstation.

It started with a breakfast , which I still make the same: green juice, green smoothie with bee pollen and superfoods.

On we went with delicious entrees, salads, soft breads and crackers, soups, fermented foods and delicious desserts, a Sachertorte and much more. To top it all, there was background information, many tips and reference sources.

Ich kann heute mit Überzeugung sagen, dass diese Ausbildung eine sehr gelungene und gewinnbringende Investition in die eigene Gesundheit war.

Im August 2014 absolvierte ich eine Ausbildung in Gourmet-Rohkost in Giselas neuer Rohkost-Intensiv-Werkstatt in Wilstedt bei Bremen.

Ich besuchte dieses Seminar, da ich, obwohl ich schon langjähriger Rohköstler bin, noch nicht das notwendige Know How besaß, um ansprechende Gerichte zu kreieren.

Mich hat die große Erfahrung von Gisela, ihre nette, geduldige, überzeugende Art und vor allem ihr liebevolles Wesen sehr beeindruckt. Ihr Teamgeist sowie ihr professioneller Umgang, uns die unterschiedlichsten Gerichte spielend beizubringen, war auch für uns Kursteilnehmer sehr überraschend. Jeder hatte die Möglichkeit, sein Gericht nach genauen Rezeptangaben lt. bebilderten Kursunterlagen herzustellen. Alle dazu notwendigen Zutaten von Obst, Gemüse, Samen und Nüssen bis hin zu den ausgefallensten Gewürzen waren vorhanden.

Da meine persönliche Rohkostzubereitung eher einfach gehalten ist, war es für mich natürlich sehr überraschend zu erfahren, welche Farbenpracht und verschiedenen Geschmacksnuancen man mit wenigen Zutaten zaubern konnte. Der Mittagstisch war dann jedes Mal so reichlich gedeckt, dass es fast wie ein Hochzeitsmahl anmutete. Fast zu schade zum Essen, man musste es einfach genießen - mit allen Sinnen!

Ich kann heute mit Überzeugung sagen, dass diese Ausbildung eine sehr gelungene und gewinnbringende Investition in die eigene Gesundheit war. Durch diese Wissensbereicherung ist es mir nun möglich, die eigene Familie, sowie andere Gesundheitssuchende einmal auf diesen Weg zur „lebenden Kost“ zu bringen, bzw. darin zu unterstützen.

Ich wünsche Gisela alles Gute, möge sie weiterhin noch Viele mit ihrem großen Wissen und ihrer Kreativität auf den Weg hin zur Paradieskost begleiten!

Our staff and all guests of the house could benefit from this, being able to taste all these raw creations. Everyone was excited about the new taste experiences and many could not believe that the food was actually raw vegan. All the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented, simply a treat for the eyes and taste buds!
Our cooks have incorporated what they have learned very well and now enrich our daily buffet with creative, “rawlicious” treats.
We are very happy that soon Gisela will conduct training courses in the art of preparing healthy, vegan gourmet raw food here at our Casa.

It was rather by accident that I landed in Gisela's raw food course and thought that this could be a nice addition to yoga on vacation.

"In the beginning I just couldn´t believe that these fantastic creations really should all be raw."

In August 2012, during my vacations in Andalusia, I was able to enjoy Gisela´s delicious raw food. In  the beginning I just couldn´t believe that these fantastic creations really should all be raw, because so far I had only associated salads and carrot sticks with raw food. For breakfast there was ripe fruit, various homemade nut and almond milks, apple empanadas, puddings, tarts and pies in all imaginable variations. Everything was so yummy and healthy, so the day started in a perfect way! For lunch and dinner there were salads, nut cheese, crackers, mashed sweet potatoes and everything else you could imagine. The highlights of all holiday guests were the raw spaghetti, pizza, banana ice cream and the chocolate made from coconut cream and cacao butter.

Everyone who can, should take the opportunity to be spoilt by Gisela, it's worth it and is sooo delicious!

Although I was convinced of Ayurveda and that cooked food is perfect for me, I signed up for this week. I was open and curious. Gisela has enchanted me with her raw food creations.

We feel better than ever. Every day we feast on delicious raw cakes, pizzas, cheese, green smoothies, etc.. Since the change in diet, our body metabolizes much better, which means that our body is nourished, feels warmer and has a better circulation. Despite the "cold" or raw food! As yoga beginners, we found significant improvements in our articulation and breathing during the daily two hours Ayuryoga, which in turn had effects on metabolism and digestion. We found the harmonizing effect of Ayuryoga on the three doshas vata, pitta and kapha very interesting, which is still, even at home, helping us to be in balance.
Remo playfully got us even in the most strenuous exercises to have an inner and outer smile. The group closings were heartwarming and group-forming. Thanks also to you from our heart, dear Remo!

“It is all very easy!”- that´s her motto and she created everything with the healthiest ingredients in no time.In addition, she explained everything so simply and clearly that you can actually conjure these delicious creations at home yourself.  

And no worries if the ingredients stated in the recipe are not available, Gisela will certainly know how to work with what you have got and to improvise in the most creative way with great enthusiasm.  Like this, you learn that there are no limits to raw food preparation, which could prevent you from achieving wonderful results.

Her spontaneity, creativity, and enthusiasm for the subject are second to none. She leads her students in a way that everything is properly understood and applied. I had earlier worked intensively with raw food, and believed to be relatively fit in the topic, but only here I have understood correctly what gourmet raw food means.

In this one week  I have learned many invaluable tips and tricks for everyday life and collected a lot of knowledge, not only concerning the actual food preparation , but also in terms of basic nutritional and health topics. Gisela's career and many years of experience in this area combine to a wealth of knowledge that goes far beyond the preparation of raw food and deals with many health and nutrition topics.

You have so much experience and knowledge .... remarkable! It is great that I could benefit from it!

Above all, you don´t try to push things onto somebody or condemn anyone who has taken another route.  That´s the way it should be!

Raw food at it´s highest level, that one can really say! Gourmet raw food, far from anything one might imagine raw food is.  A true feast for the eyes, palate, nose, stomach! Delicious!
